Use of the MBN-Cash.com Dating Affiliate Program indicates that you accept these Terms of Use (TOU). If you do not accept these Terms of Use, then do not register or use MBN-Cash.com. MBN-Cash.com reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time without notification to our members. You can review the most recent version of the TOU at any time.

Description Of Service

MBN-Cash.com provides affiliate program via its project for dating-related websites in English language. Members can use our banners and links for conversion their traffic to money. At any time members can start or stop rotate our banners or links code at their websites.

Your Registration Obligations

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and you also agree to provide accurate information about yourself, your website and your payment instructions and maintain and promptly update such data to remain true and accurate.

Member Account, Password and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify MBN-Cash.com of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and you must ensure that you logout from your account at the end of each session. MBN-Cash.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Communication

MBN-Cash.com reserves a right to communicate with its members via email regarding important issues pertaining to their accounts including but not limited to: payment confirmations, account information changes notifications, technical problems, security issues, banner imagery issues, system upgrades, new and updated service features, etc.

Member Conduct and Prohibited Uses

Members agree to include the full unmodified HTML code provided by MBN-Cash.com for displaying banner ads or links on their web pages. All MBN-Cash.com banners or links must be placed on pages such that the majority of people visiting that page will see and notice the banner or link.

A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his or her site using a device, program, or other means. A member may not include the banner or links on any pages that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user or on a page which is inaccessible to general surfing. A member may not post MBN-Cash.com codes in so-called adstacks or bannerfarms defined as a group of several banners placed closely together. A member may not use porn, nude, offensive, illegal or obscene imagery, excessive profanity, or material that harm minors in any way on banners or pages linked to.

Payments

Payments will be issued by MBN-Cash.com upon any member's request according to the payment instructions for the amount of earned balance of $100 or more. To ensure proper payment, you are solely responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact and payment information associated with your account. You are responsible for paying your own applicable taxes and fees. Payment shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by MBN-Cash.com. No other measurements or statistics of any kind shall be accepted by MBN-Cash.com or have any effect under this TOU. MBN-Cash.com makes no guarantee regarding the amounts of any payment to be made to you under these Terms Of Use. MBN-Cash.com reserves a right to reject your earning, for example in the case of violating TOU or poor traffic quality on the member's pages or websites.

Property Rights

You hereby represent and warrant to us that you are either the owner, permitted licensee, or are otherwise expressly authorized to use all of the member property and any other proprietary rights which you propose to associate with MBN-Cash.com. You hereby indemnify us, our officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents with respect to any suit, claim or proceeding brought against us alleging that any use of, or association with, any member property or related material contained on the member's website(s), or otherwise furnished by the member, constitutes an infringement of any proprietary right.

Indemnity

Members agree use the services provided by MBN-Cash.com at their own risk. MBN-Cash.com, its administrators, partners, owners, employees and sponsors cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of MBN-Cash.com. The administrators of MBN-Cash.com do not make any guarantees regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services of MBN-Cash.com. You agree to indemnify and hold MBN-Cash.com and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit or make available through our service, your violation of the TOU, or your violation of any rights of another.

Termination

You agree that MBN-Cash.com may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, terminate your account and access to the service. Cause for such termination shall include, but not be limited to: breaches or violations of the Terms of Use, requests by law enforcement or other government agencies, a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), unexpected technical or security issues or problems or extended periods of inactivity. If you wish to cancel your MBN-Cash.com account - submit your cancellation request using the support page on the site and include your account login and name in your message. Upon resigning his or her membership, the member agrees to remove all references and links to MBN-Cash.com from the member's website.

Violations

Please report any violations of the TOU to our customer support.
